Sparks provides a consultation service to professionals seeking guidance in understanding

the function of behaviours in children & adults, to make changes to their environment to

enhance learning, improve safety, participation & challenges. ​Sparks has comprehensive knowledge and experience in understanding childhood development, across environments.

As a child development specialists, my priority is supporting services to meet the challenges of  understanding children, meeting regulatory requirements; including Human Rights fundamentals; the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards,  Trauma-informed care & practice (TICP) 

and recovery-orientated supports for children & young people.
